Rangkuman aktiva tak berwujud

Aktiva tak berujud adalah hak, hak istimewa dan keuntungan kompetitif yang timbul dari pemilikan suatu aktiva yang berumur panjang, yang tidak memiliki wujud fisik tertentu


Karakteristik Aktiva tidak Berwujud
a)    Kurang memiliki eksistensi fisik
b)   Bukan merupakan instrument keuangan
c)    Bersifat jangka panjang

Aktiva Tak Berwujud yang dapat dipertukarkan adalah aktiva tak berwujud yang dapat diidentifikasi sebagian dari aktiva lainya dan dapat dijual secara terpisah.
Seperti : hak paten,hak cipta, merk dagang, francise, good will


Goodwill adalah nilai lebih yang dimiliki suatu perusahaan

Deplesi adalah sumber daya alam yang secara berangsur angsur nilainya akan berkurang.

Amortisasi adalah suatu penurunan atau pengurangan nilai suatu Aktiva tidak berwujud secara bertahap dalam  waktu tertentu

A. Metode garis lurus
B. Metode saldo menurun

Ada 3 kategori yang merupakan bagian dari Ekuitas pemegang saham, yaitu : 1.  Modal saham 2. Tambahan modal disetor 3. Laba ditahan. Rumus Laba ditahan Laba ditahan = Laba bersih – deviden yang dibayarkan Deviden memiliki jenis sebagai berikut : 1) Dividen Tunai  Dewan direksi melakukan pemungutan suara untuk mengumumkan deviden tunai (cash dividend) , dan jika hasilnya disetujui, maka deviden segera diumumkan.   2) Dividen Properti  Perusahaan membagikan dividen dengan pembayaran aktiva selain kas kepada pemegang saham.
